Concrete planters have come into their own in recent years, no longer just being used to provide a splash of colour in urban areas where more traditional means of the provision of planting in flower beds cannot be provided.
Now they are increasingly used in strategic places to limit vehicular access, guide the flow of pedestrians or even act as ram raid deterrents. They typically weigh up to 1 tonne when fully planted and so are extremely robust, vandal, tamper and theft proof.
Concrete planters can control the flow, not just of traffic, but also of pedestrians, for example, ensuring that they are kept away from less secure areas if construction work is ongoing.
Our concrete planters are an attractive hexagonal shape. They are made from reinforced precast concrete with an exposed aggregate finish.
The different heights and sizes all complement each other, given the common hexagonal shape. |
