| The tough and strong Neptune bench requires minimal maintenance and is ideal for school playgrounds The 45mm thick hardwood bench slats conform to BS5756 strength class 8, one of the strongest classifications. If left to weather naturally the wood will gradually turn silver grey with no loss of strength. To retain the depth of colour a wood stain can be applied every few years. Alternatively top quality pressure treated softwood can be supplied. Fixings are recessed below a hardwood plug to deter vandal access. |
The concrete bench supports have an attractive exposed aggregate finish. Model PG18, pictured above, has bolt holes for
fixing above ground onto a hard flat surface. Model SF5 has supports that
extend below ground and are concreted in for extra security.
Delivered in sections for ease of handling. Requires assembly.
