Heathland Hardwood Planters Hexagonal in shape and constructed
using 45mm thick hardwood timbers finished with 2 coats of
micro-porous preservative. If left to weather naturally the wood will gradually turn silver grey with no loss of strength. Alternatively to retain the depth of colour a wood stain can be applied every few years.
The heavy duty steel supports are fully
galvanised against rust and finished with a black powder coating. Each support
has an adjustable foot that will account for any unevenness in the
ground.
The planters are lined with a self-draining tough geotextile fabric that will retain the soil whilst allowing excess water to drain away.
Three standard heights are available 490, 685, or 880mm.
Various diameters can be produced ranging from 750mm to 1500mm. The planter shown is HP51-4B 880mm
high by 1000mm dia. If the size you require

The Heathland planter can be combined with the Beaufort Tree Bench to make an attractive seating feature.
